Chelsea Piers Connecticut Reviews
Nice facility, staff are helpful but seems like there is little overall quality MGMT. The food is gross and the cafe workers don't seem like they want to be bothered. Tried to get some breakfast and employees were just sitting on their phones.
Feb 18, 2025 · Mr. TCardio dance class is packed, full of energy, and everyone enjoys dancing with each other and getting a great workout.
Jun 19, 2025 · Shaira CohenOn the surface this place is amazing. Unfortunately it doesn’t translate to the members experience. Even with the most expensive monthly membership the facilities are barely available to use out side the gym.We chose Chelsea for its wide range of activities past just a gym but you are asked to use an app to schedule your time? During the summer the entire place is basically a large summer camp. Weekends are fully booked with birthdays making the entire place unusable . One big bait and switch.
Jun 16, 2025 · john parlatoreThis place is a birthday party factory. They churn out parties like robots. If you want to be treated like a number then this place is for you. If you want any type of birthday party customer service or assistance - then steer clear! They go above and beyond to not be helpful.
May 12, 2025 · Michael HarringtonThe fitness center staff is fantastic—always helpful and professional. However, the parking lot feels like a survival course, thanks to members who seem to have forgotten the basics of driving and parking. If you manage to navigate that chaos unscathed, the next challenge awaits inside: dodging people who walk through the facility as if they’re the only ones there. It’s beyond frustrating.
