May 13, 2025 · Christen ShieldsI took my very first class at Area 54 during a really hard time in my life. My confidence was at an all time low and I figured learning to dance would help me find that part of myself again.I had NO IDEA the blessing Area and every. single. person. there. would impact my life after taking that first step through those doors. The way all of the instructors teach, the support from every single classmate surrounding you, and the energy in the building will have you confident and dancing better than you thought possible in no time.I was a true beginner on my first day. Even though the choreography to a true beginner can feel difficult and overwhelming at first, just like anything in life if you stick with it and put your whole self into it, you’ll find your way.Area 54 is more than just a place to learn how to dance…it’s family, it’s encouragement, it’s belonging somewhere. ❤️

May 13, 2025 · Jenn JefferyArea 54 is truly one of the most fantastic places I’ve ever been. The community, the energy, and the instructors are all so incredible. Not to mention this is not a place where you have to worry about your skill level but a place to have fun, let loose, and feel more connected to your body. It’s been truly a life changing experience for me and could not recommend it enough!
May 14, 2025 · Taylor CrosslandArea 54 is one of the most extraordinary places you’ll ever walk into. The energy alone is something you can’t really find anywhere these days. You get to truly be yourself and come from all levels and ages of dance. Whether you have a ton of experience or none at all.
