Jun 08, 2025 · Dr. Desmond M. Coverley (Bro. Des)Great dance studio for starting my daughter's early dance career. My daughter has taken the beginning and experienced combination classes here, which includes both tap and ballet. I appreciate how the instructor comes out after class to give announcents and very brief feedback to parents waiting outside class. I love the energy and enthusiasm Ms. Shannon has in her classes and her interaction with the parents.I especially appreciate their recital program. Some studios go overboard with the costume and photo fees, but this studio provides reasonable requests for additional fees and rehearsal times. Recitals are a great performance opportunity for my daughter, which suits her personality well and a great way to showcase the hard work she has put through the year in her classes.Of course my daughter loves the class and always talks about her teachers, helpers, and classmates. When I see her put on her dance shoes and dance around the house, I can tell with her movements that she has great instruction. Very glad that we have this studio to support her performance pursuits.
Apr 21, 2022 · Tu- Van LambertIt was a mix of positive and negative experiences; that's why I'm giving it 2 stars instead of zero stars in my review. We attended a one-week dance intensive, and while the classes were well-structured and one teacher accommodated our schedule. However, I must address an unfortunate incident that occurred during my recent visit that made me change my mind about joining this school. The owner, Miss Shannon, displayed aggressive and rude behavior towards me and other parents (mostly me) during pick-up time, in front of teachers and students, which made me uncomfortable and negatively impacted our overall experience. I'm concerned about potential future treatment and whether the owner and teachers will be supportive and approachable.Despite the administration's claim of a positive atmosphere, I haven't experienced this from the owner or had a positive attitude from her since the beginning of enrollment, when she wasn't welcoming at all when I arrived 10 minutes late to our initial evaluation meeting.
Aug 04, 2023 · Adriana DunaevOur family loves this studio! My daughter started dancing competitively this year, and we have had nothing but positive experiences. There is an overwhelming attitude of support from all of the teachers, the parents, and all of the dancers. My daughter is one of the younger kids, and the older kids are so kind and supportive that it warms my heart!
Apr 15, 2022 · Kate JohnsonOur daughter is having a great experience in ballet and tap. She likes her instructors and is learning a lot.
