Literally the worst place to dance at if you’re not apart of their comp team. Not only is every thing associated with this place so very expensive but their staff specifically the woman at the recital check in desk is ignorant.I am a single mother. There is no support for my child besides me. This was her first time dancing and being a part of a recital. She was so very excited that she got to be apart of something. My daughter myself and her half sister who is visiting from out of town for the week to see her sisters dance recital showed up to rehearsal.Apparently no one besides guardian is allowed with the child but the guardian. This information was in the email. Ok understand but I must have missed that part of the email considering that’s the only way they communicate with you and send a million emails a week. Well the way the woman handled the situation in front of both children was totally uncalled for, unprofessional, and ignorant. She wanted the child to be alone in the auditorium without adult supervision when I said she’s a minor and I can’t do that. Her words were “ well you shouldn’t have brought her it was in your email”right in front of both girls. When you have no other options as a single parent you just do your best and hope things works out.She then decides to resolve the issue after being rude and says I’ll have to get permission. In the mean time the treatment we received was unacceptable and clearly was an easy fix with permission .Needless to say my daughter will not be in the recital, i have wasted all of my money that i scrapped to afford this for her and I now have two children crying in the back seat due to this woman’s behavior and words she thought was an appropriate way to handle “the issue” at hand. - Kylie McPherson
