The community is happy with friendships among the women taking classes. It is as challenging as you want it to be - we work very hard. Bar has given me strength, muscle endurance and flexibility! Can’t live without it.

I love that they have modifications for all classes so it’s a safe workout regardless of your circumstances and/or experience level. I’ve taken classes during both of my pregnancies and noticed a difference in my physical and mental health. Highly recommend if you’re considering trying a class!

Great variety of classes for whatever your body needs, amazing teachers who support, encourage, and challenge you, and the best playlists to take you through your workout. I am a lifelong "jock" and gym rat, so I my expectations were that this workout was for dancers, and would be more grace than grunt. Well, I was wrong. Yes, it's absolutely more graceful than banging out the rower or the treadmill. But its focus on form, posture, and physical therapy-related exercises was precisely what my body needed. My knees no longer hurt, and my lifelong basketball thighs are leaner than they've ever been. Two and a half years later, I have found a home at Bar Method Southlake. The instructors are the best in the business, bar none (see what I did there?). I cannot recommend The Bar Method Southlake enough, and am so thankful that I found them!
