May 14, 2025 · Alexa R.I had my first pole dancing class here, and it was amazing! The instructor for the Sunday Pole 1 class was incredibly friendly and wholesome, creating a welcoming and supportive environment. They took the time to demonstrate proper technique to ensure everyone could practice safely and avoid injury. One thing I really appreciate is that no prerequisites are needed—perfect for complete beginners like me! Plus, they offered my first class for free, which was a great way to try it out with no pressure.I also attended the same level class on Wednesday, and I can confidently say that the studio maintains the same standards of wholesomeness and encouragement across all instructors. The consistency in teaching style and positive atmosphere makes this a place where I can truly see myself growing. After just a month of classes, I’ve seen huge improvement! I can finally hold myself up on the pole while doing certain moves, something that felt impossible at first. The progress I’ve made keeps me motivated, and I can already tell I’ll be a student here for a long time.Highly recommend this studio to anyone curious about pole dancing!
Feb 08, 2025 · Jessenia KolacoThe bar has made me feel free. Has made me feel strong and powerful. All the instructors are so welcoming and very open in every aspect. I’m thankful I started my pole career at the bar, memories have already been made in a short amount of time and I can’t wait for more. The studio saves me on my darkest days. Forever thankful for the bar family!
Mar 17, 2025 · Alycia LeblancGenuinely love this studio. The lounge-like atmosphere provides a unique, sensual experience. The instructors and classes are wonderful - ranging from beginner friendly to advanced. They are LGBTQ+ friendly and welcoming to everyone. After attending classes for only a few months you can really feel the support and community fostered here. Also, lots of loving details like a complimentary candy bowl, snacks and supplies for purchase, and shoes to borrow for class (not required for most classes anyways). There’s so many wonderful and helpful people who are willing to answer questions, give advice, and help you grow.
