Mar 21, 2018 · themeness1Hello, I rented this place for a quinceañera. I rented it in February. The quinceañera was in March 16th. I gave her a 400 deposit. In January, a few days ago, the time to pay everything was approaching. The girl told me it was 1000 for everything, but when it was time to pay what was owed, it came out that it was 1,350 and it didn't seem right to me, apart from not clarifying things the day I gave them the deposit of the price, they didn't even send me a contract for anything. To end it, the gentleman canceled on me the day before the party. I do not recommend this place at all. The guy is useless, the floor is in shit, and apart from that, there are a lot of homeless people outside and no parking to have a party. The gentleman is really mean, just wants the money. Good luck if you rent it.
