Spinning Harts offers a diverse and exciting range of classes and services designed to cater to various interests and fitness levels, with a strong focus on empowering movement:
- Pole Fitness Classes: From introductory lessons for complete beginners to advanced techniques, our pole fitness classes build strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence. Students learn spins, climbs, and dance sequences in a supportive environment.
- Lyra (Aerial Hoop) Classes: Explore the beauty of aerial arts with Lyra classes. Students learn to pose, transition, and flow on a suspended metal hoop, enhancing strength, grace, and aerial awareness. As one student raved, "I’ve recommended this studio (and Lyra) to lots of other aerial students!"
- Pound Fitness: Experience this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with Pilates-inspired movements, all while drumming with Ripstix – weighted drumsticks.
- Couples Workshops: Unique opportunities for partners to explore movement and connection together in a fun, non-intimidating setting, fostering teamwork and shared experiences.
- Private Lessons: For personalized attention, accelerated learning, or to focus on specific skills, private one-on-one sessions are available with our expert instructors.
- Open Pole Sessions: These sessions provide dedicated time for students to practice independently, work on specific moves, or simply "flow" and improvise in a supervised setting, often a benefit for monthly members.
- Flexibility Training: Essential for pole and aerial arts, these classes help improve range of motion, prevent injuries, and enhance overall physical performance.
- Challenging Sequences and Flow: The studio emphasizes not just drills but also "lots of sequences and have an opportunity to flow," catering to those looking for a dance-oriented and artistic approach to their training.
- Workshop Opportunities: Beyond regular classes, Spinning Harts often hosts special workshops covering specific techniques, styles, or even introductory sessions for new disciplines.

Spinning Harts Reviews
I’ve been going to Lyra with Laura since May of 2024, between here and the camp hill location. I was nervous to try a pole studio, since it seemed so out of my comfort zone. I’ve heard there can be some discord and cattiness in pole studios, but that is not AT ALL what you’ll find at spinning harts! It seems like both instructors and students develop good relationships with each other. I’ve always felt welcome and supported when I’m here.I’ve recommended this studio (and Lyra) to lots of other aerial students! I love that we don’t just learn drills, but do lots of sequences and have an opportunity to flow. If you’re looking to dance and flow, this is the studio for you! Laura will also give us a little extra time after class to workshop things, record what we’ve done, or chat with others. She’s great at both challenging you and adapting movement to individual bodies and skills.I’ve recently moved to NJ, but I still drop in for classes when I’m back home. It’s at the point that I feel like this is more of my home studio, and it’s worth the extra time to go take a class I love.
Jan 19, 2025 · Lara TullarThe teachers are kind and everyone is uplifting and supportive. Love this place and the variety of different experiences they offer from couples workshops and private lessons to pound fitness, Lyra, and more. They do focus on pole but have much more to offer. Worth the 1 hr drive from Lebanon.
Sep 29, 2024 · Christina ReynoldsThe best studio in central PA... I have learned so much since starting pole fitness. I have not just gotten stronger and fit but I also have learned a lot about myself. I have gained confidence and I have met some of the most beautiful people. I love all of the instructors. The teachers are caring, beautiful, and strong. If I could give Spinning Harts more stars I would. Love it!
Feb 26, 2023 · Delali Mensah JamisonRica was honestly the best! Had a class for my bachelorette party and it’s definitely something my group will come back and do. She was so patient, so funny and all around awesome!
Nov 16, 2024 · Annie DinsmoreI've been going to Spinning Harts for a couple weeks now and I'm totally hooked. The pole classes are an awesome workout and all the instructors are great about tailoring the difficulty of moves to your own abilities (or lack thereof in my case!). They have a nice variety of classes as well, with pole, belly dance, flexibility, etc.
