Scoil Rince Breifne O Ruairc Reviews
The community Jennie has created continues to amaze us. She cares for and nurtures our dancers while continuing to keep her standards high. Our dancers have grown both in technique and character. I recommend her dance school to anyone, whatever dancing experience they have.
Apr 20, 2024 · Melissa RathbunWe were fortunate to join the Breffny Irish Dancers/Scoil Rince Breifne O'Ruairc 4 years ago and have never looked back. My daughter has been dancing since she was three years old, but Jennie has fueled her love for dance and has given her so many opportunities to enhance her skills, compete at different levels, and give back to the community. Jennie has created a supportive and family oriented atmosphere. She is an outstanding teacher and choreographer. Thank you, Jennie, for everything you do to spread your love of Irish dance!
Aug 15, 2021 · Carole WendlingJennie Darby is a gifted teacher whose kind, encouraging teaching style brings out the best in her students. Jennie tailors her instruction to the goals and needs of each student while also creating a supportive team atmosphere. Outside of the classroom, Jennie's organizational and communication skills are second to none in setting expectations and providing information about upcoming events. Before our children started taking Irish dance, we knew nothing about the art form--and now the whole family is hooked!
Aug 16, 2021 · Cindy Dickinson & Will GarrisonOur daughter has gained agility, stamina, and poise since she started working with Jennie in 2018. Most importantly she has gained confidence and a great group of friends as an added bonus! Jennie is encouraging and has a way of working with others to help them keep going when they feel discouraged. Jennie has always made it a point to communicate our daughter's strengths and has provided resources to help her work towards mastering skills she struggles with so she can improve. I would strongly encourage others to register to dance with Scoil Rince Breifne O Ruairc! Regardless of age, this program is educational, fun, enthusiastic, driven, and so welcoming! Come dance your heart out with us!
Aug 16, 2021 · Kari MathesOur child Myles started dancing with Jennie in 2016. At the time, we knew nothing about Irish dance. Since then, our child has fallen in love with Irish dance and Jennie! Now it is the only dance they do. Myles has developed so many dance skills through the years but more importantly has gained a sense of confidence, dedication, and a strong sense of camaraderie. If you are thinking about signing up for Irish dance, do it as soon as possible! Jennie is amazing. She has the skills to teach the most advanced dancer and the patience and creativity to reach the youngest beginner. Your child will grow so much from this experience! The team has become a second family for us. I have joined the adult class to share in the fun and we are so excited that our youngest son will start in the fall!
