Roseville Academy of Dance Reviews
My daughter had her 3rd birthday here last weekend and RAD's team of dance teachers did a phenomenal job! From the moment we walked in they helped us setup and were so friendly. They were very patient and kind with each child even though some were definitely more rowdy than others. They knew how to keep the kids' attention during the dance party and everyone had a great time. They used the music we requested and worked in ballet moves for my daughter as well as jazz and hip hop. Us parents got to watch the kids from their beautiful and spacious lobby on the TV and could also watch through the window if we wanted. Kids were free to move from the dance studio to the lobby of they wanted. We were so happy with how each family was made comfortable and so many parents were complementing how great the party was. My daughter loved her special gift from the dance teachers and you can tell they really care about the kids and being great dance teachers! Thank you RAD!
Dec 15, 2024 · Angela S. CipolloneNot only does my 2 year old absolutely love it here, but the staff are also absolutely amazing!! I had a very pressing concern with a parent and child in my daughter's class and the office and the director responded very quickly and showed they cared and addressed the situation right away. My daughter absolutely adores her teacher Miss Lindsey, even gets sad when class is over and it's just because she wants to stay and dance and be with Miss Lindsey. SHE'S AMAZING!Rian at the front desk is always so helpful and welcoming you can tell she really does love what she does! It makes all the difference!
Apr 09, 2025 · Silena AlmendarezVery disappointed — would not recommend. My daughter attended Roseville Academy of Dance until mid-March. I personally informed her teacher that we would no longer be attending, and she hasn’t been to a single class since then. Despite this, without my knowledge or consent, the studio charged my credit card for April. When I contacted them, they refused to issue a refund, citing a policy that requires written notice by the end of the month — something that was never clearly communicated to us.Instead of refunding us for unused services, they offered a credit toward future classes, even after I explained that we wouldn’t be returning. I find this extremely frustrating and unfair. It’s disappointing to see a children’s studio prioritize policy over basic fairness and customer care. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this place based on our experience.
Apr 11, 2025 · MariaUnfortunately, our experience here wasn’t great.Classes consistently started 5–10 minutes late, and that adds up over time. The waiting area for parents was really stuffy and uncomfortable, which made it hard to sit through. We also never received a copy of the agreement, even after asking. Overall, everything felt pretty disorganized. We won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others.
Apr 23, 2025 · Nick TrayzeWe were looking for a new activity for our 4 year old and he wanted to try a dance class. Roseville Academy of Dance offer a free trial class which was a wonderful way to try it out! We attended the class yesterday, everyone was so welcoming and nice! Eden was the class teacher, she was so kind, allowing us to be in the class with our son to help with first day nerves. She was really great with all of the kids! Although our son didn't show enough interest to continue, we are grateful to them allowing us to try a class and will be back in the future should he want to try again!
