I've been working and doing the mom thing non-stop for so long, finally made some time for me and signed up for some classes here. It's been so wonderful! I've only ever done Youtube pilates in my living room, and truthfully was pretty intimidated by group instruction on the machines, but Trisha made it so easy. It's a beautiful, super welcoming space, and Trisha is a wonderful teacher. It's right by the coworking space downtown as a big bonus. Looking forward to getting stronger and more flexible at this studio! - Destiny Hagest
