Peak Performing Arts Reviews
The 1st season of Peak was great for my young dancer. Melissa Sue, the owner, is amazing at making the kids feel like they belong, improve their skills, build confidence and so much more. She was my daughters dance teacher previously and we followed her when she opened Peak. My daughter had fun and loves dance in part because of Melissa and her way of interacting with the kids. Melissa is truly gifted as a dancer and choreographer. Her passion for dance and teaching dance to a new generation is evident in all she does. My daughter loves competitions and learned so much from participating in them this year. 1st year definitely had its challenges as a new business, but Melissa Sue and the staff made sure the kids were always a priority and as a parent, I appreciate that. We are excited to start Summer classes and looking forward to next season!
May 30, 2024 · Holly SchwabBeing at PEAK in it's inaugural season came with some challenges, which is expected with any new dance studio or business. Despite this, my daughter flourished and has become a more confident and stronger dancer. She started taking summer classes at Peak and loved them. That's when I started seeing my daughter's confidence grow, in addition to her dance technique, specifically her leaps and turns. She instantly connected with her teammates who always cheer one another on both in class and at competitions. They have become some of her best friends. The staff are supportive, kind, and caring. They go above and beyond to make sure dancers feel ready and confident for competitions. Their choreography is beautiful, strong, creative, and challenging, which won them several solo and group awards as well as opportunities to compete in USASF Worlds competitions. My daughter is the happiest that I have seen her in years dancing at PEAK. We love PEAK PERFORMING ARTS and are so excited for Season 2.
May 26, 2024 · Jennifer TorelliPeak is a studio where the owner and instructors genuinely care for their dancers. My daughter loved being at this studio. Her technique and confidence as a dancer grew tremendously. Can’t wait to see the choreography for next year
May 26, 2024 · CarlaIf you are looking for your child to build self confidence, grow as a dancer, and be part of an incredible team then this is your place! The atmosphere is supportive and welcoming. It is so great to be part of this amazing dance family!
May 26, 2024 · LizI don’t even have to energy to go in to detail about how horrendous this dance studio is. Shockingly terrible management, completely inexperienced staff, constant last minute changes in schedule, terrible choreography, and so many unfulfilled promises. Worst part is you’ll have to pay an absolute fortune for it, and be charged for things that never happened. I spent an insane amount of time and money at this studio, only to be extremely disappointed. On top of all of that, the studio owner never took any kind of responsibility. She constantly gaslight us to think we were the problem. Don’t even get me started on the lying and complete lack of leadership. I could go on and on, but just save your time and money and go anywhere else.
