Kids First Sports Center Reviews
Kids First is a great place to be. I would know because I’m going on my fifth year here. After the pandemic, with two young children, this place was our heaven. We have enrolled in ~8 programs over the years and have been happy with the classes and instructors. Once in a while, they offer unlimited classes for certain programs and it’s a great way to keep busy while honing that particular skill. Usually I am here twice a week, but there have been times I was coming as often as 4 days a week. With that said, I’ve had many interactions with the hospitality team and they are fantastic. I never had a bad experience here. If there was an issue, it is taken cared of after I voiced my concerns. The front desk is always available and will always do their best to serve the needs of their customers.Take advantage of their discount programs, extra class offerings, and free trials. I also love that they offer financial assistance to those in need. It is truly a great place for the kids and they have plenty of benches for the adults to sit on.
May 20, 2025 · Oni CI would not recommend it to anyone who wants to send their child to this complex because they do not work with children and they will also act as if your child is at fault. We took our son to swimming lessons, the first day they worked with him everything was fine, the next day when they did not work with him, when we said we paid for you to work with him they said he was out of control. Also about hip hop classes my son went to a trial class he did much better than the others but when they taught new moves he had a bit of a hard time instead of teaching him the teacher just moved him away from the other kids.As a result, we lost time and mood.
Jun 07, 2025 · Dilfuza IbragimovaHad my daughter enrolled in tumblebee when she was 2 years old, took her out at 3 years old because on weekends the company lets kids take care of kids.Like the many comments from the other reviews a teenage worker of theirs made an unnecessary and embarrassing comment by asking us “does your daughter understand basic instructions? Because it seems like there’s nothing there”. Hailey (teenage instructor) just basically called her stupid in front of us and other parents present. Now my daughter isn’t perfect but what position or background does she have to comment on my daughter’s development? She’s only 3 years old.The student to class ratio used to be good when we first enrolled since my daughter used to be in swim classes, but it went bad later. It just basically became a cash grab for their “tumble bee” classes. Now maybe this isn’t Hailey’s fault but the management’s for failing to train their teenage staff on how to interact with parents but seems like they need to learn.Maybe Hailey’s a child psychologist or psychiatrist and we just got a free assessment and should be thankful.
Apr 27, 2025 · Lourd Jackson MorillaI would like to share my experience with the swimming pool. My child has been attending for a year now but, unfortunately, still hasn’t learned how to swim. They attend classes four times a week, including Sundays from 12:00 to 12:30. However, most of this time is spent talking instead of actually teaching the children how to swim. The staff seems extremely unprofessional. There are constant reasons for canceling lessons: a holiday, snow, rain, too much sun, or even “Dog Day,” “Cat Day,” and so on. Because of this, my child has missed many lessons, yet we are still required to pay in full. This is not just my opinion—five of my friends whose children also attended this swimming pool completely agree with me. I strongly advise against enrolling your child here. Of course, the decision is yours, but think twice before signing up.
Jan 05, 2025 · Andrew FreemanMy daughter had a great time at Tumble Bee’s! We will be back. But, the front desk needs to do better. The geriatric worker made an unnecessary and unprofessional comment about my daughter. I hope the other workers that were there corrected her.
