Jazz Hands Dance Academy Reviews
Christine and everyone we have dealt with getting us started with enrolling our daughter was a wonderful experience. Daughter left her first class asking if she could go back tomorrow. We are happy we have chosen Jazz Hands for our daughter
Jan 17, 2025 · Eddie ThomasMy 3-year-old daughter just started attending and the experience has been so welcoming and easy! I inquired about a trial class online via a form and a few hours later, someone had called and texted from Jazz Hands to set up a free trial class for that upcoming Saturday. The staff was so nice and the dance teacher, Ms. Kelly, greeted my daughter with open arms and was so excited to have her there. My daughter has some anxiety and separation issues, especially in a new place, so Ms. Kelly held her hand, and eventually held her on her hip, to keep her in the class. My daughter ended up leaving the classroom and watching from the window but Ms Kelly kept trying to engage with her through the window to know she was still welcomed to dance and participate. After the class, Ms. Kelly and Ms. Christine tried to comfort my daughter and get her excited again to dance. After the class, I didn’t feel pressured to join or sign up; Ms, Christine offered us another chance to try it out and if it worked, great, and if not, that’s ok too. I really felt like my concerns for my daughter’s anxieties were understood and heard and no one made me feel like I was only forced to sign up just because I came for the free trial. The second class I was able to sit inside the dance studio during class and my daughter actually danced and participated! We ended up joining and my daughter is now excited to go to class each week and dance with her friends and Ms. Kelly!I was blown away how nice and accommodating everyone was. From the staff, to the teachers, to even the other parents, everyone was encouraging and friendly and made the first dance class that much easier for me and my daughter. It’s a very welcoming environment and studios are very clean, bright and open.I can’t recommend Jazz Hands enough for new dancers wanting to try it out!

The studio keeps you informed step by step. My daughter is in the baby ballet class (18-26 months) and is loving every second. We couldn’t be more happy with Jazz Hands Dance Academy!
