Iowa Dance Collective Reviews
Tyler, Jamie, and the entire IDC team are not only incredibly talented and professional, but also kind-hearted and genuinely welcoming. We enrolled our daughter two years ago, drawn by the studio’s reputation for both excellence and inclusivity. We stayed because of the laughter, the camaraderie, and the deep passion that runs through every class and performance. As we prepare to move away, we leave with profound gratitude and cherished memories. Our daughter didn’t just learn ballet—she witnessed, week after week, what it means to be a leader, a teacher, an artist, and a caring friend. IDC is far more than a dance studio; it’s a vibrant micro-community woven into the very fabric of the town, touching lives near and far. Thank you, IDC, for embracing our family and for your unwavering dedication to your dancers and this community. You will always be our daughter’s first love in dance—and a place we’ll remember with full hearts.
Jun 02, 2025 · Megan VanBuskirkWhen my family relocated from Los Angeles to Fairfield, I was thrilled to find a studio for my son to continue dancing. What we found was so much more than that. The dance training is equal to any studio in LA, and the community is so much richer. IDC is welcoming, encouraging, and professional; the students are building technique and confidence. It truly is big-city quality instruction, with small-town community and support.
Jun 25, 2025 · Louise LynchIowa Dance Collective is an exceptional studio and I highly recommend it.Tyler and his team have done a wonderful job fostering a welcoming environment. The expert instructors are clearly passionate about teaching an array of dance styles and kinaesthetics. However, what really sets IDC apart, in my opinion, is the priority they place on the growth and development of their students as people.I am grateful that my children will have this community and the fantastic mentors in the studio as they grow. We look forward to many years of our children being a part of IDC.
