My daughter is a new dancer for the location that is currently reopening and Jess has been nothing but kind, patient, and informative. I was nervous joining in with a dance studio knowing that we would be newbies but we have been accepted with open arms. My 4 year old is so excited and immediately felt welcome and comfortable with Jess and the several dancers/families she's already met. IDA already feels like it's going to be a forever home for my girls. As a mom I was nervous but my fears were laid to rest with how quickly and kindly my questions have been answered between baton sizing, shoe sizing, making the account, registering, the works! All of it been made smoothly with Jess' help!
