Haus of Embodiment Reviews
I cannot thank Lani and all of her phenomenal teachers at the Haus of Embodiment enough. Janet is one of the amazing teachers at the Haus. She is so sweet and intuitive. Janet creates such a "safe space," helping me return to these sacred rooms and discover and reclaim lost parts of myself. All the teachers here are phenomenal: June, Junie, and Ginette, among others. Thank you.
Jun 09, 2025 · sharon gonzalesI took my first belly dancing class with Marizol, and I really appreciate how welcoming, kind, and attentive she is to her students. She really takes the time to give clear instructions and corrections on each step, and she takes the time to demonstrate each step too. I really love that she promotes body positivity as well as a good mindset too! The two ladies I met in the class were so kind and welcoming as well, so I love the sense of community that was in my class!
Aug 22, 2024 · Brenda NguyenNatalie was so welcoming and inviting! I also love that even though the class says "beginner" spin pole, all levels are welcome. This means that even though I have some familiarity with pole, I can comfortably be there, and, in the future, I can invite my friends who have less experience, but we can still be in class together and both be challenged. I also love the overall format. I like that it's more like play time than how at other studios you have to follow a choreographed routine of the day. It reminded me of the format of flow yoga - here are some ideas, some things to try, now spend some time practicing and do you. That format of instruction followed with practice over and over again was great! I got to work on a few things from my last class as well as the new stuff. And I got to take breaks when I needed them. Natalie made sure every person in class got individual attention. She smiled a lot and was warm and encouraging. I can't wait to go back!

Feb 14, 2024 · Alexandra GulesserianI absolutely love Haus and the amazing, supportive women that run this studio. I started coming because I wanted to find a fun new way to work out - I absolutely got that - but I also discovered a much deeper aspect to the practice. Thank you for fostering such a welcoming community! Appreciate you!
