FlowMotion Dance Studio Reviews
I had such a positive experience at Flowmotion dance studio. I took the Kpop “Mantra” intensive over the span of 2.5 weeks. Ruby the teacher was always well prepared and put such care into each class. She provided a safe space for us to learn and encouraged us to challenge ourselves to grow. Thanks to ruby I was able to gain confidence ,work on retention, learn from feedback, and how to perform. This class brought a sense of community and everyone was so supportive. Not only did we leave learning a whole dance, but gained friends in the process. Already looking forward to more intensives in the future! I highly recommend this studio to anyone! They have an amazing team of instructors and offer a variety of styles. I love taking classes here and can’t wait to continue my dance journey at Flowmotion.
Jan 25, 2025 · Jennaliz BlancoI 💖 FlowMotion Dance Studio! I’ve been taking kpop classes with Ria & Ruby the past 3 months. I just started taking Jazz funk with Jingle. Looking forward to taking more classes with other instructors as well! I 💖 the vibes of the studio! All the owners, staff, & students are super sweet! Everyone is welcoming & supportive. Thank you FlowMo for making this studio a safe & fun space to express our art of dance! I’m honored to be a part of FlowMo’s first k-pop cover series to Katseye’s “Touch” taught by Ria & produced by Ruby. We had 4 days & 10 hours of rehearsals. The 10 hour of rehearsal time included leaning the choreography, formations, cleaning up, facials, working all together as a unit, lip-syncing, practicing on our own time, sending videos of practicing as homework, getting notes on what to work on, etc. Ruby was our stylist, videographer, producer. Thank you for making my first k-pop cover fun! 😊. I feel like we feel & look like a global-pop group! 🥰. It’s fun learning & dancing with friends! I’m looking forward to continuing to learn & grow as a dancer! I can’t wait to do more k-pop cover series in the future.
Dec 16, 2024 · Justin Delos SantosI really enjoyed the K-pop intensive (Mantra), which was a 5-class series and was led by Ruby. Ruby is a great dance instructor. She cares about attendees and their path to improvement. She places emphasis on style & musicality rather than just you learning choreo. Overall, this studio is very unique. It reminds me a lot of a high-school/collegiate dance team experience. It’s nice and nostalgic to experience the positive community once again and be surrounded by dancers.
Jan 25, 2025 · Jemmie TruongI just did the 5 class dance intensive series for a K Pop dance (Mantra) and it was amazing! Ruby is such a great instructor and not only taught us the dance, but gave us tips in general on how to be a better dancer and pick up choreography more efficiently. She’s also very thoughtful about following up with everyone on their experience as well as providing video recordings so we can practice at home and track our own progress. I’m looking forward to the next intensive program!
Jan 24, 2025 · Eve LeiThe atmosphere in this dance studio is amazing! I’ve learned so much since I started dancing here, and there are so great teachers. Parking is also very convenient. If you’re looking for a great dance studio on the west side, I highly recommend this one! They also post their class schedule on ig.
