The classes themselves are great, the only way to take classes after the intro is to sign up for a year long membership at almost $200 a month. Don't have time for 8 classes a month and can't get your monies worth? Not their problem. Get injured and can't go to class for months? Tough for you, you're still paying. Don't bother with the intro class unless you can afford to pay $200 a month for a fitness membership even if you can't use it because you're on the hook for a year.

I felt things in my muscles that I didn't know I could feel when Mai stretched my hamstrings. I appreciate the instrumental music playing in the background, which really soothed the environment and made stretching even more relaxing. Great stretching class!

She really brought the energy, made everyone feel really comfortable and took the time to ensure we all had the right form!
