Divine Dance Studio Reviews
Hello! I have been dancing here for 6 years and is doing competitive dance at this dance studio! The staff is amazing and ever since they have moved locations its so spacious and that being said this is a great place to dance at!
Jun 07, 2025 · Kaleesi nelsonI’ve been dancing at Divine for about 3 years, my 1st year I took general dance classes, and eventually I began dancing with the Diamond Team (competitively). I can honestly say that I’ve grown tremendously during my time here. It’s my home away from home. Everyone is more like family. Aisha along with all my dance coaches have made the studio a safe space where I can learn and grow as a dancer and an individual. I highly recommend attending Divine Dance Studio!
Sep 26, 2024 · Maja PetersI’m reviewing from the adult drop-in class perspective. I have enjoyed the classes I’ve taken here, and the staff have been friendly and accommodating to walk-ins. The variety of classes is great and changes frequently, bringing in new teachers and styles. My biggest concern, and the reason for the 3 stars, is that the flooring is not suitable for dance, especially for ballet, contemporary, etc. (any style where you don’t wear sneakers). While I haven’t taken a class in each studio, the ones I’ve been in just had Marley over concrete with no padding in between. This can be dangerous for joints not only for floor work but when jumping and changing direction quickly. I’ve avoided the more ballet-centric styles here because of that. I know it may be costly, but it might bring a lot more people to classes if the flooring was done correctly! The floor type and quality to dance is as essential as nurse’s shoes in healthcare.Lastly, the place is hard to find! Perhaps work with the shopping center management to create more signs. You have to park up the hill from Mellow Mushroom then, when facing that section of the shopping center, go into the left corner and up the stairs. The studio is in the right corner after going upstairs.
May 07, 2024 · G LI love this place....and my daughter does too! I think that the class selections are great, and the teachers are engaging and thoughtful. I really appreciate that they allow parents to watch the kids in their classes on a tv screen, so you can see how much fun your child is having. This place is very professional and provides a warm atmosphere. We had some issues after enrolling due to a family situation, and the staff was receptive and understanding. Overall, this place is fantastic!!
Feb 22, 2022 · MARS Realty LLCMy daughter took a beginner hip-hop class there and she loves it. Trinity at the front desk was very friendly and personable. Overall, we found it to be a welcoming environment.
