Coastal Elite Reviews
I don't recommend utilizing this business. I brought my two daughters here for a drop in "beginners tumbling" class. We arrived a couple minutes past start time, waited at the desk for a few minutes..no big deal, that was my bad for being a few minutes late. I paid for both of my daughters at 6:06. My younger daughter immediately decided she did not want to participate and sat down. The attendant was still at the desk, heard the interaction and didn't offer a reimbursement. A couple minutes later my older daughter came back over upset and sat down and we decided to leave @ 6:10. I reached out for a reimbursement and he has not obliged. He finally emailed back and asked if we wanted to try a different class. I tried to be polite, which I guess is the wrong method for some people, and say no thanks and we should have observed first, my kiddos didn't want to try a different class but ultimately the class and his teaching style wasn't a good fit. It shouldn't have to go past that. My daughter was brand new to all of that and everyone else already knew the routine, she got upset that she had no idea what she was doing and I heard him just tell her to take a break twice, so he could keep moving. That wasn't the type of class we were expecting as a beginners class. I guess he must be hurting financially since he doesn't want to reimburse for a service not rendered. Or he could pro-rate for the 5 minutes my daughter was out there if he is that hard up for cash. That or he is just being petty, which speaks volumes of his character and the businesses level of customer service. The air that I am getting is that I should be embarrassed to ask for my money back, when in reality you should be embarrassed for trying to keep money you haven't earned, seems like an entitlement issue. I don't suggest signing up here, if something happens and you're not able to finish out a class or a package you most likely won't be reimbursed.
Jul 02, 2025 · Hulya IrwinI am associated with a local soccer business that utilizes local parks within the region to coach 2-5 year olds, and we utilize Lori Wilson park on Sunday morning for a max of 1 hour. Unbeknownst to me, Coastal Elite had rented the two pavilions for an event. No problem! We set up a table on the side and started our last session for the season. However, as parking started to fill, the male individual in a Ford Bronco that rented the pavilion for Coastal Elite began YELLING at beach patrons and soccer parents regarding parking. I approached him to let him know that we come here weekly & that we’ll only have 2-3 cars show up for 30 minutes then leave, and he began yelling at me! Instead of discussing a solution or speaking to me like a human being, he was very dismissive, impolite, and unprofessional. He not only treated myself and the parents very rudely, but every beach goer as well that attempted to speak with him.If this individual is a testament to how this company treats people and local businesses, I would recommend taking your business elsewhere. Their program may work, but the way they treat people within the community is very entitled and poor.
May 25, 2025 · Hunter TieboutMy daughter attended this camp recently, and it was a disappointing experience. Boys at the camp were aggressive, leading to incidents of name-calling and physical aggression, including punching my daughter. Despite these issues, the coach Evans did not intervene or address the behavior, instead telling my daughter to sit out. This lack of supervision and accountability is concerning, especially for a group of 10-year-olds

Josh, the owner, is seriously wonderful, such a light. All of the workers are sweet. So glad we found this place!!!
