Let's explore what makes this studio a prominent choice for ballet education in Central Maryland.
Central Maryland Youth Ballet is conveniently located at 9570 Berger Rd a, Columbia, MD 21046, USA. This address places it within Columbia, a well-known and centrally located city in Maryland, making it accessible for families from various parts of Howard County and beyond. The studio's position on Berger Road, a key thoroughfare, contributes to its ease of access for those traveling by car.
While the studio's location is generally convenient for many local families, it's important for prospective students and their parents to note a specific aspect of the building's entrance. According to some community feedback, accessing the studio may involve navigating a staircase located near another business that uses paints. This can sometimes result in a noticeable odor or fumes in the stairwell, which might be a consideration for individuals sensitive to such smells. While the studio itself is dedicated to providing a high-quality learning environment, the entrance experience is a point that some users have highlighted.
Despite this particular detail about the entrance, the overall location within Columbia makes CMYB a practical choice for consistent attendance. Columbia's network of roads and its central position in Maryland help ensure that families can reach the studio with relative ease for regular classes and events.

- Commitment to Student Care: The school demonstrates a sincere care for each student, inquiring about illnesses and allergies and taking precautions for child health and safety during supervised activities.
One aspect that has been noted by some patrons, as mentioned in reviews, is the strong odor emanating from another business near the entrance staircase. Aug 19, 2017 · Sami LThe ballet instructors are great, and they do have several nutcracker performances around the Holidays so kids can participate. The main problem I have (and the reasons for the 2 stars) is the location entrance. You and specially the kids need to go through a staircase where there seems to be another business that work with paints. There is a very strong odor every time you walk by. You can clearly smell the fumes all the way up the stairs. Some days are stronger than others that can even give you small headaches. I just imagine what my little one needs to go through and wonder how safe it is to go through it.I just wish they would have another entrance (which they actually do, but I guess it must be an emergency exit or something else)
