- Level 2/3 Pole: For advanced students confident in their inverts and solid in moves like inside and outside leg hangs. This class delves into advanced moves like handsprings and ayesha, requiring significant strength and control.
- Intro to Low-Flow: Focuses on the dance aspect of pole, teaching movements and transitions that stay closer to the floor, emphasizing fluidity and sensuality. Suitable for beginners to pole or those new to low-flow style.
- Beginner Choreo: This class emphasizes choreography and musicality, focusing on individual movements common in pole dance and stringing them together into fluid sequences. Open to all levels, no prior dance experience necessary.
- Floorwork: Get off the pole and explore movement on the floor. This class focuses on different rolls, stands, and flexible shapes, adding to a dancer's repertoire of off-the-pole tricks. All levels are welcome.

Cape Cod Pole Fitness Reviews
Booked a private class for my sister’s bachelorette, and it was everything we could’ve asked for and more!! Everybody had an absolute blast, and our instructor did an incredible job at tailoring the class for our group. They had 7 poles in the studio so each girl had her own pole. 10/10 would recommend :)
May 27, 2025 · Natalie DuongI live a bit further away from Cape Cod Pole Fitness, but whenever I go it is always worth the drive. The atmosphere in the studio is great, people are kind and supportive. I mostly attend open practice, during which I have access to a 45mm standard x-pole with x-lock, sufficient space and nice fellow dancers around me while I work on my own projects. I also attended a spinning pole class with Stephanie once, which I enjoyed very much. Stephanie taught beautiful combinations that were easily accessible for beginners and could be modified into creative sequences for more advanced dancers. I also participated in the Showcase, which was well-organized and fun, both as a spectator and as a performer. Showcases take place regularly and are a great opportunity to get creative, be encouraged to actually finish a project and perform it to a cheerful and supportive audience (including your own loved ones if you invite them). Overall, I highly recommend Cape Cod Pole Fitness to all fellow dancers and those who want to give pole dance a try.
