BW Community Arts School Reviews
Can’t believe we’ve been going here for years and I haven’t written a review yet! This place is amazing. My daughter started out in the first available class for her age group and has been progressing year after year. She started as a shy girl who was nervous to preform in a crowd of 6 parents to a confident dancer who just performed in a crowd of 1,200 people and I think a large part of that is due to the instruction at BWCAS. Miss Heather is AMAZING and the teachers are as well. Every so often you get a chance to sit in on class and see just how much they put into each class. I feel that my daughter is safe while in their care and I never worry when I drop her off. Definitely worth checking out if you have a creative child, as there are classes for everything. 💜
Feb 10, 2022 · Marissa ReitknechtMy daughter (6 at the time) participated in a Theater Class here with teachers Lauren and Julia. She had such a great time and looked forward to attending each week. It was not in our neighborhood but I found it to be worth the drive. There was a final performance at the end that I really enjoyed. The teachers did a great job of teaching the kids, keeping them entertained and occupied, and preparing them for their performance ("How to Eat Like a Child") The teachers were well organized and pleasant, and they created a very warm and inviting atmosphere for the kids each week. I hope to come back again in the future for another class.
Aug 07, 2019 · KI was looking for a dance class that would meet my needs for my two daughters and was running into a wall. I reached out to BW CAS and they provided me with a variety of options. We were able to find a way to keep my two daughters in class together. I also feel very safe as all teachers and students are required to wear masks. My children love the class and can't wait to go each week.
Nov 21, 2021 · Ashley OekenThe shows they put are amazing. The staff work hands on and every class and show. They truly live up to there motto. As a kid main stage our great experiences working with professional actors well still have a change to get a lead role. Jr's are just as good as main stages but give child actors a chance to shine! If your looking for a great place to see a show or take class this is the place to go! No matter if your a child or an adult.
Aug 07, 2018 · Annalise BennettI joined New Horizons Orchestra 7 years ago after my husband passed away and I was finding something to do with my life. I never played a violin before and had the most wonderful patient instructors. I began in prelude, then intermettzo and now I am in symphony! Also, the BW interns work with all of us during sectionals to help with our music. I have met wonderful people who are there just for their love of music.
