Big Star Performing Arts Studios Reviews
Big Star is a wonderful community where kids thrive in their exploration of the Arts in their own way. The team leading Big Star sets the stage to ensure a welcoming, encouraging, and fulfilling environment where kids are challenged to go beyond their comfort zone in a healthy manner. My daughter has flourished at Big Start and it is the highlight of her weeks to be there. I have engaged with other similar organizations with my other kids and they have been good outlets but I can clearly say that Big Star sets the bar in terms of creating an atmosphere of trust and love for kids to thrive.
Feb 27, 2025 · Ian TerryBig Star is one of the best things that has ever happened to my daughter, and honestly our family. From the first time we walked into the studio six years ago, it has been a very inclusive and welcoming environment with an overall feeling of community. Teachers are top-notch, working professionals in the industry who truly care about the students. My daughter wants to spend time there and often asks to go early to be with her friends. It's a fun and exciting place to be. I couldn't ask for a better experience. It's truly a COMMUNITY.
Jul 17, 2024 · Angela SaxonMy daughters started with Big Star in a summer production and we’ve been beyond impressed and grateful for their exceptional programs and supportive community! They’ve participated in multiple full-scale productions, dance classes and private voice lessons and every instructor has been phenomenal. Most importantly to me as a parent is that they strive to develop good humans first, performers second. The kids are so supportive of each other and the parents are wonderful too. I’m so grateful we found Big Star as it’s been an incredible experience for my theater kids!
Jan 14, 2025 · Jennifer DanielsThis studio has brought so much joy my family over the years. Big Star has encouraged my girls to be brave and take risks. The teachers and students are accepting of each other and make community a priority. In addition to being FUN, Big Star fosters a strong work ethic and builds talent and confidence. They allow their students to dream big! We are so thankful for all the teachers who commit their time and energy into making these kids better humans!
Oct 15, 2024 · The JandlsOur son had always shown an interest in performing, but he has been hooked after his first day at Big Star. His love for the arts has become a passion that will last a lifetime. From a parent's perspective, we saw his self-confidence grow exponentially. He has a leadership presence in other aspects of his life, and I have seen him eagerly take on challenges, such as public speaking to large crowds and engaging with strangers, without hesitation. The lessons he is learning at Big Star are far beyond the singing, dancing, and acting skills he first attended and will support him throughout his life. Trust me, his performing skills have improved immensely as well.
