ASCAB Capoeira Chico Reviews
I started Capoeira for the first time with this group this past summer. The classes are great and the teachers are on point. As a long-time Iyengar Yoga teacher and practitioner, I have really enjoyed getting involved with ASCAB Capoeira. Classes are inspiring, challenging (in the right ways), and also accessible. Perhaps best of all, there is a really welcoming community for adults and kids alike.

The challenges of practicing capoeira continue to help me grow physically, mentally and spiritually. And that's not without the cultural education, which is a whole world worth exploring!
