May 07, 2025 · NikoAs a Physical Therapist and GYROTONIC exercise method teacher, my perspective on Paulo’s vision and what he has created at Arrais Ballet has blown me away! His expertise as well as his open hearted vibration brings an integrated experience of embodiment that shows in the way his athletes love and encourage each other to push individual and collective potential. How lucky we are to have this very special community!! (Not to mention the full Pilates studio and certifications that he has to offer.)
Nov 24, 2024 · jennifer spitzMy daughter first studied with Paulo during his mini summer intensive last summer and she began taking weekly private lessons with him at the end of last year. Paulo is a wonderful teacher and has given her so many things to think about and focus on to improve her technique. Beyond that, he brings such joy to the teaching of ballet and she comes home with a smile after every session. Paulo maintains a balance between a really positive teaching style and physically challenging sessions - my daughter is working harder than she ever has (and feeling quite happy to do it.) Most important for us, Paulo has really boosted my daughter’s confidence by giving her concrete and individualized things to work on and positive reinforcement when she makes progress. We are so grateful to have found Paulo and Arrais Ballet!
Mar 15, 2024 · Alex GermainMy daughter has been fortunate to be trained under Paulo's guidance for the past year while she benefited from his professionalism, dedication and personal attention. The students are receiving top notch training and can only benefit from his own experience and journey as a professional ballet dancer. His love and passion for helping ballet students to reach their goals is hard to be find and I can sincerely strongly recommend his ballet school to anyone.
Apr 16, 2024 · Veronika KwongI just took my first class with Paulo Arrais. As soon as I arrived I felt his warm welcome. What a delight! The classroom has plenty of space and mirrors. The natural light comes in from the top windows. Paulo is an excellent master teacher with creative exercises and friendly encouragement and reminders. I felt really good about the class and plan to continue attending.
