Aerial Arts Fitness Reviews
Very welcoming environment for new people. Had a blast learning something new. I would definitely recommend it if you are looking for a good workout. This is a fonomanl small business. Yes, you may try some things outside of your comfort zone. For me personally, it has really helped improve my self-confidence. This is a very warm welcoming place to be. The instructor took her time to make sure I got the moves and didn't leave me behind even though this was my first class. I can definitely see myself going back to learn more. -update here I have now been going for 8 months and wouldn't change this part of my fitness journey for anything.
Dec 27, 2024 · kristie ClubineComing to AAF has been a life-changing experience. I started this year terrified of heights, with no support system in Connecticut, and no upper body strength. Just three months after my very first class here, i cannot tell you enough about the positive 180° change in my life since then. The instructors are kind and patient, while being willing to push you to challenge your limiting beliefs in yourself, and help in setting realistic goals. I came in to try a pole class, and find myself taking multiple Lyra classes a week, and even trying “Acro-Chair” for the first time! I’m so grateful to have found a home here, and I’m sure you will too.
Aug 05, 2023 · Wren MaharOur troop reached out about hosting a girl scout event. Ages range 7-15. Not know what to except we walked in as a group. We were met by two of the sweetest and nicest instructors. They were so welcoming and encouraging. They assisted each girl and even got us moms to join in on the fun! Definitely fun, most girls have been asking when we can go back. Would highly recommend! Abs were sore for a few days. Such a great/fun workout. We can definitely is the girls signing up for future sessions.
Apr 23, 2024 · Erica & TrinaAAF is such an amazing studio. I've been coming here for 2 years now and it's honestly like my 2nd home. I've made some amazing friends coming here. The instructors are so amazing, supportive and patient with everyone. I started out doing pole, and this year i started doing Silks, Hammock, Flex and Stretch and Troupe consistently (i've also done a few of the other classes, but not as consistent). I'm here like 4-5 days per week. Such an amazing environment. Love the AAF fam! Totally recommend to anyone looking to have a fun work out!
Aug 16, 2023 · Jokellys EstevezI'm going to start this review with a disclaimer... pole fitness is absolutely addictive! I started attending classes a few months ago and after my first class I was hooked! Pole has increased my strength, my flexibility, my coordination and I've made huge improvements in my overall fitness... despite being an avid runner! The classes are so much fun and the instructors are fantastic. They are not only talented and committed to their art, but they are also great teachers! I am the most uncoordinated person on earth and they are so patient as I'm learning new moves and figuring out how to master new techniques. The students are awesome, too... all the girls are so supportive and it is so much fun to encourage each other as we learn and celebrate each other's victories! You'll just have to keep coming back... but don't say I didn't warn you! :)
