Academy of Dance Arts Reviews
I began my experience with Academy of Dance Arts when Kristi and Loretta were down where the Big Lots is currently (Food City then) roughly 1992. She taught personally my then 4 year old. It was imperative to his focus and style in his school age and adult life. It continued for some years. My son's name is Aaron. My other son, Noah was taught at the new current location located at Town Creek Road. He began when he was about 3 years old and continued until he was about 8 -9 years old. The fun was immeasurable that we had in our experience with Kristi and Loretta and all the wonderful other instructors there. Both sons were blessed and highly favored to have had that great experience as part of their background. My youngest Noah swam competitively and ran competitively successfully greater than he'd ever have managed otherwise had he not taken instruction from this wonderful place. He always has come in number 1 place in all he ever did. Thank you Miss Kristi and the rest of your team at Academy of Dance Arts in Lenoir City. We always felt like part of the family since we knew Kristi before she ever thought about getting married, during her marriage and after children. Again it was our pleasure...:)
Jun 30, 2022 · Stephanie ArnoldWe love this studio. The teachers care about the students and helping them grow their love of dance!
Jun 11, 2024 · Meagan HenlineVery happy with this studio. We moved to the area from So Cal in Aug 2017 and found them in Aug/Sept. The classrooms are clean, and the teachers are very safe, clear, effective, organized, and thorough. The co-ed age preschool-18 yrs classes include ballet, jazz, tap, modern, hip hop, etc, and they have classes for adults. The dancers are well behaved and polite to each other. There’s an optional recital in May on a stage. My kids have improved here & have a great time. My oldest joined their optional competition team this year, which she enjoys. Lastly, there’s no negative dance mom stuff here, which was a relief for me.
Feb 11, 2019 · M PaullThe teachers are very nice and the facility is clean, although we love that part of the studio they could use some work on communication and customer service. The owner Kristi seems disconnected and cold at times and doesn’t return phone calls I left several over the past 3 months with no avail. A fellow student had the same problem with returned phone calls. They definitely need reliable office staff.
Jan 15, 2019 · Amanda moyersLove this studio and everything it stands for! Miss Kristi has done a phenomenal job with all the dancers over the 25+ years in business! Happy to be apart of this dance family.
