Academy of Chinese Performing Arts (ACPA) Reviews
I wish I could give them 0 star. The teachers were generally nice but the owner of the place is very rude. We had some feedback for the class experience so we naturally reached out and provided it. The owner wasn't open minded at all and all she could do was finding excuses and blaming parents or kids. The conversations were not constructive at all. Several times we felt we were yelled at over the phone, that's the customer service we were experiencing. So we wanted to quit and asked for a refund for tuition that we already paid for future classes that we won't join and a performance that we wouldn't participate. Again this turned into a nightmare. The owner basically yelled at us over the phone to a point that we just gave up.This is the worst place to send your kids to. I wouldn't recommend this to any parent.
