John T. Floore's Country Store Reviews
we showed up super early to wait in line and it was worth it! highly reccomend arriving early if you want good GA views. good drinks and such a fun atmosphere. my family and I saw Hudson Westbrook and it was one of the best concerts I’ve been to. definitely would come back when in the San Antonio area again!!
Mar 25, 2025 · Lauren WallsJosh Meloy was absolutely amazing! 🤩 his voice really showed how much of a pro he really is! The place ran out of barbecue way too early. I couldn’t even get a sandwich. But the beer was cold and the music was good and the people were nice. Besides the people that got in a fight and got bloody and got kicked out!
May 15, 2025 · Brian McSteenThis was my first time here, and I've got real mixed emotions about it. I came to see Willie Nelson, and although Willie was great, this is a horrible concert venue unless you're able to get the first few rows in VIP. Otherwise, you'll be standing the whole time. If you do get in the VIP section... Prepare to become angry at the inconsiderate free spirited people that stand the whole time and block your view!I would NEVER come back here for a concert.Secondly... and this needs to be addressed BIG TIME!! When they were scanning tickets outside, the young lady doing the scanning asked my wife for her ID. My wife asked, "Why, do I not look old enough to be here?" The ticket scanner girl says it's a random check. So, my wife starts looking for her ID, and it's taking her a minute because she has a lot of stuff in her wallet. So then young girl says it's okay, "I believe you." At this point, I'm pissed, and so is my wife. My wife insisted on showing her ID since she was "randomly" asked to do so. Y'ALL, my wife is 50 years old and mixed race predominantly black! Everyone we were with (all white people) thought my wife was randomly checked because of her race. Was that the young girls intentions? I don't know, but I do know she's not probably trained to check IDs. If your job is to scan tickets and randomly check ID, then you check ID, no matter how long it takes. On the bright side and apart from being a historical place, they have good pulled pork sandwiches, but We won't be going back for those either. What a shame, I never thought I'd say that the worst concert experience I ever had was at J.T. Floore's. I really wanted to like this place, but I can't.
Oct 24, 2024 · Ronnie HollandUPDATE: We have been back 4 times since this first show! We've seen Eli Young band, Tracy Lawrence, Josh Turner, and tonight we saw Lee Brice, plus all of their supporting acts! Will be back again and again!Absolutely love the venue, but the lighter colored chairs they have for some of the shows are downright scary and uncomfortable. Something better needs to happen, soon. We won't be going when the main area is seating anymore, standing room only for us until the seats get squared away.Amazing show last night! First visit to this venue and it is definitely top notch! Entrance procedure is easy, had great spots for the show and honestly I don't think there's really a bad spot in the place. Getting out and getting home was a breeze! Will definitely be returning!
Nov 17, 2024 · Rodney Audas (TexasFishingRod)Friendliest staff I've seen on a busy night hosting a music legend (Willie Nelson)! From vendors to bar staff and the crowd in attendance, just pure fun and excitement! Thank you for a great first time experience! See you soon!
